Walt Disney World – Day 4

EPCOT

For our 4th day we’d got designated to a full day in Epcot. We had two meals booked – Garden Grill character breakfast and Le Cellier for dinner. We also had the first 3 fast passes in for Soarin, Journey to Imagination and Spaceship Earth.

We decided to book Garden Grill as if had a brilliant experience when I went in 2017 and my mum and dad took us theree when we went as kids. Based in The Land pavilion, it’s upstairs and is a rotating restaurant. You get served ‘family style’ with unlimited top ups of food and drinks. You also get to meet Pluto, Chip and Dale and the main man Mickey Mouse!! (I’ll be doing a review on this soon so keep your eyes peeled!)

Following this I went on Soarin, no one else fancied it. Then we made our way to Figment which for us is a pure nostalgic ride. Coming out we happened to see a pop up character meet which included my one and only bucket list character- Belle! So I had to run and meet while she had no queue…

After this we did the Spaceship Earth fast pass then decided to make our way to World Showcase so we could see some of the Food and Wine festival and the different countries. As we made our way round we had a general wander and nosey, knowing we were coming back a few more times. We did however spend some time in the UK pavilion (pure interest!) Where we ended up meeting a silly old bear as his meet has re-appeared from the last time I was there

Eventually we got to Le Cellier Steakhouse, a 2 credit restaurant I the Canada pavilion. Again I had been to this restaurant in 2017 and my family decided they’d love to try it after looking at thr menu (another review coming)

Le Cellier

As we were tired from the previous nights Halloween escapades, we decided to call it a night but travelled back via the skyliner as this was new last year so we wanted to try them. We did Epcot to Hollywood Studios then a bus back to your hotel from there!

The ride was incredibly smooth and even my mum who isn’t a fan of heights and cable cars, was happy riding and loving the views!

Finally back at the hotel we grabbed drinks in our refillable mugs, and had a quick look in the shop again before heading our separate ways for the night.

Join again next week for a more chilled out day where we hit up the outlets and visit Disney Springs

Xx
