Walt Disney World – day 7

SEA WORLD AND DISNEY SPRINGS

Before we booked the holiday we decided we wanted a day at Sea World. We scheduled it mid trip as a break from the Disney parks, and due to the time it vloses we then booked a restaurant reservation at Disney Springs. When we got the Sea World tickets, they came with a dining option so we decided we could use that and have both breakfast and lunch in the park and maximise our time there

Dolphin Theatre

Once we reached the park we went straight in and located a spot for breakfast where we had options from fruit bowls, cereals, pastries and then hot and cold drinks. Following this we decided to head towards the dolphin theatre as there was a show starting soon. The whole show is fantastic, and they fly birds over the audience as well which is stunning to see

Journey to Atlantis & Kraken

Following this we wandered through the park, stopping for a ride on Journey to Atlantis – a water ride with rollercoaster track sections. We wanted to see the Clyde and Seymour show at the sea lion theatre so headed there next. I hopped onto Kraken while it was a low wait, then we kept wandering to the penguin experience. The ride experience was down so we waited to go in and do the walk through to see them. It’s freezing cold but very worth it, the penguins are great fun to watch

Turtle

Before the park closed we wanted to loop back to see the turtle and manatee rescue spot. Once we’d been here we ordered our taxi back to Disney Springs to make our reservation at Paradiso 37.

The meal was nice, we had a little wait to be seated but the food was delicious and this certainly made up for the wait. I’ll be doing a review of the restaurant soon to I’ll pop a link in once I have

Paradiso 37

While we were at Disney Springs we had a wander around a few shops we’d missed the previous time we were there then headed back to our hotel for the night

Join next time for our first day at Hollywood Studios and my droid building experience
